"OnTarget Services" is able to provide assessment services for companies and organizations to determine if there is scope for improving their IT Infrastructure and Processes. The outcome of this service will be a recommendation of disciplines that need to be put in-place and the client can decide on products to achieve the requirement. "OnTarget Services" will not recommend products but if required can assist in the evaluation and proposal of a suitable software solution.

Our consultants will work with every department inside the organization to determine if the customer will benefit from any improvement with their IT especially in the space of Infrastructure Management. The deliverables will be clearly set prior to any activity. "OnTarget Services" will obtain an overview of the client’s environment and operations and will produce recommendations reports containing hardware, software and project proposal.

The main benefit of this service is that it can prevent the customer from spending time, resources and money on an IT process that is not beneficial to them. Furthermore, it can point out potential problem areas that the client is not aware of and possibly not considering a procedure to remedy it. The goal is to save the customer time and money by correctly advising them on time.
